The Following Documents are required for filling of the Online Admission Form:

• USER NAME and PASSWORD printed on the Prospectus.
• Recent passport size photographs with 80% face on white background (less than 2MB)
• Downloaded copy of Std. X Marksheet (less than 2MB)
• Aadhaar card number

Steps for the Online Admission Procedure:

• Login with the USER NAME and PASSWORD printed on the Prospectus.
• The USER NAME and PASSWORD printed on the Prospectus are for a single admission only.
• All compulsory fields are indicated with a red asterisk (*).
• If a candidate has no middle name, they should type "66666".
• If a candidate has no mobile number or parents' number, type "66666" in the respective field. Kindly note, students cannot enter the same mobile number in the Student Phone No. and the Parents Phone No. fields.
• The photograph should be in .JPG format only.
• Fill the Provisional Admission Form carefully. All the fields marked with (*) are mandatory.
• Click on Submit button to submit the form details.
• A preview of the application form will be shown. Please check if all the details provided are correct. If any details need to be changed, click on the close button to close the preview and make necessary changes.
• Click on SUBMIT.
• Enter the mobile number and click on Generate OTP button.
• Kindly note that all the updates related to the application form will be sent to this mobile number.
• Enter the received OTP in the box provided and click on Verify OTP button.
• On successful verification you will be redirected to a success page.
• If selected, you will receive an email/SMS to confirm your admission at a given date and time within 3 to 4 days.
• Admission to be finalized on the day and date allotted as per the message received without fail, failing which the seat will be forfeited.
